ResourceFull Corp is the sister company to GO-VA in Cebu employing over 165 team members. You will work in a modern office and have direct contact with your Australian clients on a daily basis. Our clients are super generous and many send their team members to Australia for training. This role is for a senior administrative support who will eventually be charged with helping to train additional support staff that will report up to them. This role is an integral one within the business and the successful applicant must be able to take ownership of the back-end support for the business and evolve the role as the business grows.

Property Management Recruitment

  • Scrape data from real estate websites in identified recruitment areas and add into CRM
  • Send templated prospecting email
  • Create follow-up task for the client

Facebook and social media

  • Post regular updates on closed FB group and Corporate page
  • Flag any comments or questions for the client to follow up

Sales Lead Follow-up

  • Enter all contacts appraisals into CRM
  • Create a task for a client to phone new leads
  • Send initial follow up email/sms
  • Send out email to won leads asking for feedback
  • Add feedback to agents of the client profile
  • Monitor lost leads by searching and to understand who has won the lead and enter into CRM
  • Monitor feedback from lost leads and enter into CRM

Property Manager on-boarding

  • Set up a task in CRM for any all new property management enquiry for clients to follow up
  • Set up REA Domain profiles
  • Send out invites to Monvinghub, Equifax, appliances online, price finder (if applicable)
  • Complete Veda check
  • Request drivers license, real estate license insurance details and enter into CRM
  • Request three testimonials and enter into the client’s database


  • EOM accounting and reconciliation in PropertyMe only
  • Xero book keeping
  • Chase up any outstanding payments via the CR


  • Conduct preliminary training on PropertyMe, Eagle CRM

Software Application Knowledge Required for:

  • Eagle Agent
  • PropertyMe
  • Xero
